Similar in style to the bedouin style coffee we make a couple times a week. We don’t filter it though, some of the mud goes to the bottom of each cup. Additionally, ours has Cardamom (in the ginger family) in it, and about a half of teaspoon of sugar is mixed in for each teaspoon of coffee. 4 generous teaspoons get about 2-2.5 teaspoons of sugar. And damn is it good.
